Tai Chi Martial Arts provides training for both corporate and social orgainizations. There are several training programs available to choose from or a custom program can be designed. Training objectives can focus on general health, flexibility, stress reduction, self defense or team building. Classes are built around one or more of the following forms based on the training objectives.
8 Step Form (8 hours) and/or Beijing Short form (12 to 16 hours)
Ba Fa (6 to 8 hours) Or Beijing Short form (12 to 16 hours)
Long form (32 to 50 hours) and/or Beijing Short form (12 to 16 hours)
Chi Kung Breathing (1 hour or more)
Basic defense against strikes, kicks and grabs (2 hours or more) This is a popular and fun course.
