Classes are built around one or more of the following forms based on the training objectives:
8 Step Form (8 hours) and/or Beijing Short form (12 to 16 hours)
Ba Fa (6 to 8 hours) Or Beijing Short form (12 to 16 hours)
Long form (32 to 50 hours) and/or Beijing Short form (12 to 16 hours)
Chi Kung Breathing (1 hour or more)
Basic defense against strikes, kicks and grabs (2 hours or more) This is a popular and fun course.
