The 8 Step Form was designed for people with limited mobility or space. This form does not include the low stances or complex footwork in other forms.

Seminars are availible for both corporate and civic orgainizations covering stress reduction, general health, self defense and team building. Please contact us for more information.
A limited number of private/small group training sessions are availible in Tai Chi and Kung Fu. Classes are taught in one hour blocks of instruction with a minimum of four hours.
