Learn the 2oo year old exercise that works every muscle group in the human body and reduces stress levels. A typical class will consist of twenty minutes of movements designed to relax the mind and stretch the body. Ten minutes of instruction in the Yang family style Tai Chi and thirty minutes of practice time. The goal is for students to create their own thirty minutes escape from the pressures of the modern world.
